| GALVAN José - ARGANO (provincia di ALICANTE - Spagna) il 30 luglio 1910 - BENIDORM (Spagna) il 25 agosto 2001. All'età di 19 anni, è andato abitare ad ALCOY (Spagna) e lavora in una scuola industriale in cui disegna copie. Là, i suoi professori osservano il suo lavoro e lo dirigono nella sezione "disegno secondo natura". Dopo la guerra civile, segue corsi della sera a BARCELLONA (scuola REAL CIRCULO ARTISTICO). egli dipinge allora modelli vivi. Espone nudi, ritratti e paesaggi a BARCELLONA, PERPIGNANO (1959-1960) e MONTPELLIER. GALVAN si installa a PARIGI nel 1962 ed espone al salone dell'arte libera. Al grande palazzo, è presente all'esposizione dei pittori spagnoli di PARIGI, organizzata dai Ministères della Culture della Francia e della Spagna. A MONTMARTRE, partecipa alle manifestazioni della Mairie dello XVIIIe e mostrare le sue opere nella sala parrocchiale della chiesa San Pietro. La biografia del pittore spagnolo José GALVAN appare nel DIZIONARIO dei PITTORI A MONTMARTRE (1999) - edizioni André ROUSSARD - 13, via di supporto Cenis 75018 PARIGI FRANCIA.
